Jake: Hi guys, this is Jake here at etrailer. Today, we have a 2019 Ford F150, and we're going to be showing you a little bit more about the K-Source Snap and Zap extended mirrors. The thing I like most about these mirrors is that they're going to have an extremely nice factory look, so it's going to look nice and clean and work in tandem with the functions of your mirror.Right away, you're going to notice it's going to have a nice clean look to match the black plastic on your factory mirrors. It's also going to have this clear window, so that if you have side marker blinkers for your mirrors, you're going to be able to see those through here. We don't have them, but if you do, this is going to work great with yours.As you can see here, you can still see your trailer through your factory mirror. But if I step over here, which simulates being in the lane next to you on the highway or on a city road, whatever it might be, this is super important to be able to see this lane also when towing a trailer.On the front, you're going to have a nice big manual adjustable mirror that you can tilt forward and backwards and side to side to adjust for wherever you might need to see. more

Longview Slip On Towing Mirrors Installation - 2018 Ford F-150- Video
Today on our 2018 Ford F-150, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors.The towing mirrors are going to offer us a great field of view. They're really going to come in handy when we're trying to back up, park in a parking spot or even pass somebody. As you can see now, I'm in the towing mirror view. But as I take a step closer to the trailer, you'll notice that there won't be any blind spots and it'll really give us a hand when we're trying to see.These mirrors are going to fit perfectly to your F-150 factory mirror. They're going to contour to the lines and they're not going to look out of place. Now, the tow mirror on the inside does have a couple foam pads, so that way it's not going to scratch or damage your factory mirror.Now, the cool thing about these tow mirrors is that they're not going to interfere with your factory mirror movement. more

Today on our 2018 Ford F150, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Cipa custom towing mirror, which this is also available as a set and you can see etrailer.com.Now the reason we're going to want to add these tow mirrors is 'cause they will expand our field of view, and that's going to help us when we're backing up, parking, or even changing lanes. As you can see, you can tell that I am in our factory mirror next to our trailer. But our sight is limited with that. So I'm going to take a few steps over and you'll see that we won't have any blind spots and you can see much further past our factory mirror.Like I said, these are really going to give us an advantage when we're going down the road or backing up. One of my favorite things about these particular mirrors is how we can still utilize our factory turn signal. They actually made a spot in the mirror for that reason unlike some of the other ones that are on the market. more

Speaker 1: Today, on our 2014 Ford van, we're going to be taking a look at the CIPA Universal Fit Towing Mirror, part number CM11980.Here I am at the back of my trailer, and you can clearly see me in the factory mirror, but if I step away, you're going to lose track of me. That's when our towing mirror's going to come into play. It's going to give us a wider field of view and get us down the highway safely or even pulling up in a campground or backing our trailer up.Our towing mirror is going to be fully adjustable. We're going to be able to adjust it up and down, left and right, and even turn it sideways for more of a wide angle view.If we come to this knob here and we loosen it, we can actually extend the mirror out for an even wider angle, giving us that much better field of view going down the road. The knob back here is going to make it so we can loosen it up and either raise or lower our mirror to get that perfect angle.Even though our mirror is going to attach between our housing and our glass, we're still going to be able to move our mirror and have full function of the adjustment so we can get down the road safely.For those close quarters situations, maybe parking or even getting in the garage, can actually fold our mirrors in without having to remove the tow mirror.As I mentioned, it's going to go in between our mirror housing and glass, but we're going to have this nice rubber pad that's going to sit on top of our housing, so we're not going to have to worry about any scratches or abrasions on our mirror.What I really like about these mirrors is the fact that they are universal. If you have several different vehicles in your family that you tow with, chances are they might fit that, as well. more

Today on our 2013 Ford Explorer we're going to be taking a look at the CIPA Dual View Clip-On Towing Mirror, part number 11953. So here I am at the back of my trailer and you can clearly see me in the factory mirror, but if I step away you lose track of me in the factory mirror but you can see me in our towing mirror. Now these are going to help out whether we're driving down the highway and we need to change lanes, or even pulling up to the camp ground, or backing our trailer up. Now this is a dual view mirror. The large mirror here is going to be a flat mirror, giving us an accurate depiction of what's directly behind us, whereas the smaller mirror here is going to be a convex shape, and it's going to be more of a built-in spot mirror. Now we're going to have full adjustment on both of the mirrors, being able to adjust them up and down, left and right, and even diagonally to make sure that we can get that perfect angle so we can see what's behind us, making sure that we're being safe. Now even though our mirror's going to mount in between the glass and the housing we're still going to be able to have full control and full access to our adjustments on our factory mirror, being able to go up and down, left and right, and adjust it to any angle we need. Now we're not going to be able to fully fold our mirror in because the bottom here is going to make contact with our door. more

Now, we're going to be able to adjust the angle and the view we get in our towing mirror. We're going to be able to adjust it to the left, to the right, up and down and diagonally. Now, if we remove the set screw from the back here, we can actually remove our mirror and rotate it so we can get a wider angle. more

Today on our 2013 Ford Explorer, we're going to be taking a look at the Cipa universal clamp on towing mirror, part number CM11980. Now here I am at the back of my trailer, and you can clearly see me in the factory mirror, but if I move away, you lose track of me. That's where our tow mirror's going to come into play, whether you're driving down the highway and we need to change lanes, or even backing up coming to a campground. Our towing mirror's going to have full adjustability, we're going to be able to adjust it up and down, left and right, and even turn it for a wide angle view. Now, if we come to the top here, and we loosen this knob up, we can actually extend our mirror out for an even wider view, that way we can know what's behind us, and be safe at all times. Then if we come to the back here, and we loosen this knob up, we can actually adjust how tall our mirror's going to sit, we can slide it down for a lower view, or we can slide it up for a little bit of a higher angle. Now, we're not going to lose any function of our factory mirror, we're still going to be able to adjust it to the left and to the right, up and down, and any angle that we may need, and we're still able to even fold in our mirror. Now, since we're not going to have anything obstructing our mirror on the back here, we're still going to be able to utilize our factory turn signal built into our mirror. Another great thing about these mirrors is, they are universal, so if you have several vehicles in your family, that you tow with, these might fit those as well. more

Today on our 2017 Ford Explorer we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install clip on towing mirror, part number 7070. Now that we're at the back of the trailer you can see we have plenty of visibility in our factory mirror, but if we step outside you can see we lose that visibility, but gained it in our towing mirror. This mirror is fully adjustable to change your field of view. On the front of the mirror it has two plastic clips that attach in between the mirror and the housing. Rubber straps on the back give it a secure fit. Your factor mirror still partially folds in for getting into tight spaces. Now we're going to show you how to install the clip on mirror. What you want to do is you want to line up these tabs with the housing of the mirror. more

Now that we're at the back of the trailer, you can see we have plenty of vision in our factory mirrors. But if we step outside, you lose that visibility, but gain it in your towing mirrors. This mirror is fully adjustable. Tilts forwards and backwards, side to side, and can be tilted sideways to adapt to any view. This mirror can also be extended by loosening this nut, to widen your field of view. This mirror mounts by using two plastic clips and two rubber feet. Now that we've gone over some features, we'll go ahead and show you how to get this installed. more

K Source Universal Clip-On Towing Mirror Installation - 2016 Ford Explorer- Video
Today on our 2016 Ford Explorer we'll be taking a look at the K-Source towing mirrors, part number KS3891. Here at the back of our trailer we have a lot of visibility in our factory towing mirror although if I step out to the side we lose the visibility in our factory mirror but gain it in our towing mirror, so we can safely pass and use it for parking. The mirror itself is adjustable. The towing mirror also allows you to fold in your mirror slightly, if you need to. The ratcheting straps provide a nice, snug fit and secure around many different types of mirrors. Now that we've gone over some features, we'll show you how to get these installed. We're going to start by taking our towing mirror and loosely placing it around our factory mirror. more
